Moti Yung is a Distinguished Scientist with Google and an adjunct senior research faculty at Columbia University. He got his PhD from Columbia University in 1988. Previously, he was with IBM Research, Certco, RSA Laboratories, and Snap. Yung is a fellow of the IEEE, the ACM, the International Association for Cryptologic Research (IACR), and the European Association for Theoretical Computer Science (EATCS). Among his awards is the  IEEE-CS W. Wallace McDowell Award and the IEEE-CS Computer Pioneer Award. Yung is a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.

Xiaohua Jia

Xiaohua Jia received his BSc (1984) and MEng (1987) from University of Science and Technology of China, and DSc (1991) in Information Science from University of Tokyo. He is currently the Chair Professor and Head of Dept of Computer Science, City University of Hong Kong. His research interests include cloud computing and distributed systems, data security and privacy, computer networks and mobile computing. Prof. Jia is an editor of IEEE Trans. on Computers (2021 – present), IEEE Internet of Things (2013 – 2018), IEEE Trans. on Parallel and Distributed Systems (2006 - 2009), Journal of World Wide Web, etc. He is the Chair of ACM MobiHoc 2008, TPC Co-Chair of IEEE GlobeCom 2010 – Ad Hoc and Sensor Networking Symp, Area-Chair of IEEE INFOCOM 2015-2017, Chair of ACM ICN 2019, and Chair of IEEE ICDCS 2023. He is a Fellow of IEEE (Computer Society) and Distinguished Member of ACM.

Adrian Perrig

Adrian Perrig is a Professor at the Department of Computer Science at ETH Zürich, Switzerland, where he leads the network security group. He is also a Distinguished Fellow at CyLab, and an Adjunct Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. From 2002 to 2012, he was a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Engineering and Public Policy, and Computer Science (courtesy) at Carnegie Mellon University. From 2007 to 2012, he served as the technical director for Carnegie Mellon's Cybersecurity Laboratory (CyLab). He earned his MS and PhD degrees in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, and spent three years during his PhD at the University of California at Berkeley. He received his BSc degree in Computer Engineering from EPFL. He is a recipient of the ACM SIGSAC Outstanding Innovation Award. Adrian is an ACM and IEEE Fellow. Adrian's research revolves around building secure systems -- in particular his group is working on the SCION secure Internet architecture.

Zhiqiang Lin is a Distinguished Professor of Engineering and the Director of the Institute for Cybersecurity and Digital Trust at The Ohio State University. His research focuses on systems and software security, with an emphasis on developing automated analysis for vulnerability detection, enhancing system security through techniques like binary code rewriting and trusted execution environments, and applying these in areas like mobile technology and IoTs. He is an IEEE Fellow and ACM Distinguished Member, and has received numerous awards, including the NSF CAREER award and Outstanding Faculty Teaching Award. He earned his Ph.D. from Purdue University.

Yang Zhang

Yang Zhang is a tenured faculty (equivalent to full professor) at CISPA Helmholtz Center for Information Security, Germany. His research concentrates on trustworthy machine learning. Moreover, he works on measuring and understanding misinformation and unsafe content like hateful memes on the Internet. Over the years, he has published multiple papers at top venues in information security, including CCS, NDSS, Oakland, and USENIX Security. His work has received the NDSS 2019 distinguished paper award and the CCS 2022 best paper award runner-up.

Jason Xue is a Senior Research Scientist (team leader of AI Security) at CSIRO's Data61, Australia. His current research interests are AI security and privacy, system and software security, and Internet measurement. He is the recipient of the ACM SIGSAC Best Paper Award Runner-Up (CCS 2021), two ACM SIGSOFT distinguished paper awards (ASE 2018 and FSE 2023), ACM SIGSOFT distinguished reviewer award (FSE 2023), and his work has been featured in the mainstream press, including The New York Times, Science Daily, PR Newswire, Yahoo, The Australian Financial Review, and The Courier. He currently serves on the Program Committees of ACM CCS 2023, USENIX Security 2024, NDSS 2024, ACM/IEEE ICSE 2023, and ACM/IEEE FSE 2023 as well as an area chair of WWW 2024.

Xingliang Yuan is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Information Technology, Monash University, and also the program director for Master of Cybersecurity at Monash. His research focuses on designing secure systems to address privacy and security challenges in various contexts and applications. His research has been supported by Australian Research Council, CSIRO, Australian Department of Home Affairs, Australia Department of Health and Aged Care, and Oceania Cyber Security Centre. His work has appeared in major venues in computer security and networked systems, such as CCS, S&P, NDSS, INFOCOM, ICDCS, TDSC, TPDS, etc. He is a recipient of the Dean's Award for Excellence in Research by an Early Career Researcher (2020), and the Faculty Teaching Excellence Award (2021). He is a co-recipient of the best paper award in the European Symposium on Research in Computer Security (ESORICS) 2021. He is an editor of IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing (TDSC), track co-chair (Security, Privacy, and Trust) of ICDCS'24, and program co-chair of SecTL'23 and NSS'22. He is a Senior Member of IEEE.
